At WebCartridge, we provide an extensive range of options for the shipment, which you can find below. Please realize that the exact shipping costs depend on several factors, such as the destination, the purchase price and the shipping weight.
Every purchase above 60€ (VAT included) will get 5€ discount in the shipping costs, regardless of the delivery option or the destination.
Likewise, we inform you about the delivery time. Please keep in mind that you have to order before 12 pm so the deadlines can be met. After the cut-off hour, the order will be processed the following day (we cannot deliver to the transport company). Please note that the cut-off hour is indicated by each transport company. During the purchasing process, you will be informed about the estimated delivery date when choosing the carrier.
Please note that orders paid by bank transfer would not be effective until we receive the bank transfer receipt. If you choose any of the other payment means, the order will be immediately prepared. If the order is urgent, we do not recommend to use the bank transfer as payment method. In the order summary page, you will be informed about the actual stock of every product purchased. To that end, a green signal indicates that the product is in our warehouse; orange if we do not have it but we will receive it within 5 days; and red if the product is sold out and there is no date of receipt. We can only specify a delivery date if all the products are in stock (green signal). Any order you place, you will be informed about when your package has left. You will be also given a tracking number. Furthermore, we will be monitoring the delivery and you will be contacted if it happens to be a problem. Therefore, it is very important that you provide us a phone number during the ordering process.
Please bear in mind that transport companies only work from Monday to Friday. They do not deliver on Saturday or Sundays, nor bank holidays. In addition, only national and local bank holidays in the place of origin are taken into account when giving an approximate delivery date (we do not take into account the place of destination).
We cannot guarantee delivery time. You are welcome to suggest a delivery time but that time cannot be guaranteed by the delivery company. In the event you were not be found, a second delivery will be agreed with the delivery company. After this second attempt, if you are not still located, you must collect the order in the transport facilities.
If a shipped order cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to the client, the shipping costs would not be refunded. In case the client wants the order, the shipping costs should be repaid.
Delivery times are indicative. They cannot be taken as a warranty even though delivery terms are accomplished in 90% of cases. In rare cases, we are entitled to modify the transport company, but always maintaining transit times.
