Warranty and Returns

Are you dissatisfied with you purchase? Have you changed your mind? Don't worry! At WebCartridge, you have 15 calendar days from when you receive your order to decide whether to keep the product or return it — free of charge. (See conditions below). If there is a defect in the product which causes it not to work properly, this time limit is extended to two years from the date of receipt of purchase. Below, we explain in more detail how to proceed in each instance:

Returns Policy

You may decide to exchange or return your order within the first 15 calendar days from the date of receipt. It may not be the product you expected or you may have changed your mind.

How does this process work?

The first thing you need to do is contact our staff by filling out the Returns Form below and sending it to [email protected] You will receive a prompt reply. Rest assured that as long as we receive your email within the 15 calendar-day time limit, you will be eligible for a refund. The time it takes to process your return does not affect your eligibility.

Our staff will then verify that the product satisfies the following conditions for return: Firstly, that the return is within the time limit; secondly, that the product can be returned; and thirdly, that the product is in suitable condition to be returned.

In order to benefit from your returns rights, the product must be returned and properly sealed in the packaging in which it was sent to you by WebCartridge. Unfortunately, if this requirement is not met, we will be unable to process your refund.

Finally, if it is determined that it is possible to complete the return, you must send back all products in a suitable box (this may be the same one in which your order arrived or a different one), by your own means to the address indicated by our staff.

Once we receive the product, and verify that it is in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the amount due (including shipping costs) within a maximum of 15 working days. We will carry out the refund using the same payment method that was used in the original transaction.

Compatible Consumables

All cartridges sold on WebCartridge have a two year warranty from the date of receipt of purchase. Should a cartridge present any kind of fault following printer installation or in its initial prints, after making appropriate checks, WebCartridge will proceed with the replacement of the cartridge. WebCartridge will proceed to ship out a new cartridge at no cost, with the customer required to leave the defective product with the carrier (unless WebCartridge indicates otherwise).

Cartridge producers do not provide a guarantee for their products after longer-term use. So, if there is a fault with your cartridge after 30% of it has been consumed, you will not be covered by the manufacturer's guarantee. However, WebCartridge, does take responsibility and continues to provide the same warranty, provided that the fault is deemed to be a defect of the cartridge and is not caused by the depletion or drying out of the cartridge. The replacement procedure is the same as if the fault had appeared immediately after installation, with WebCartridge also assuming the costs of the replacement.

Original consumables, stationery products; printer, computer and telephone accessories

All of the products mentioned in this section come with a two-year warranty from the date of receipt of purchase. If a purchased product stops working properly within this period of time, you are entitled to have it repaired and, if this is not possible, to have it replaced with a product of the same characteristics.

You will be entitled to have the product replaced or repaired as long as the defects do not result from improper use. If reported within six months of purchase, the defect is presumed to have existed at the time of sale. However, if the defect occurs after that date, the onus is on the consumer to prove that the product has been used appropriately so that it can be repaired or replaced.
