All purchases made in WebCartridge have fifteen days after the receipt of their order to make a change or ask for a refund
If it happens to be a refund request due to a customer’s mistake, the repayment of the whole amount may be requested by sending all the goods to our warehouse (the shipping costs will not be refunded). To that end, firstly, we must be contacted and notified, and only after the return authorization, the customer may send the goods (covering the shipping expenses).
We will refund any money received using the same method originally used by the customer when all goods arrive and after having checked they are in perfect conditions.
In case a product has been opened (whether it has been used or not), it is without the original packaging and works perfectly, changes will not be accepted. (If it a problem occurs, warranty conditions below will be applied).
All cartridges sold at WebCartridge come with a two-year warranty after the receipt of the order. If an ink cartridge error occurs after it has been installed or in its first impressions, WebCartridge will proceed with the exchange, only after having carried out the required verifications. For that purpose, a new cartridge will be sent at no cost to the customer; the customer is required to deliver the defective material to the carrier (unless otherwise indicated by WebCartridge).
In the event the error occurs after a long period of continuous use, manufacturers offer no warranty if the product has been 30% used up (please note that it is a product subjected to wear and this what the warranty law specifies). However, WebCartridge accepts responsibility and continues providing the same warranty, as long as that the error is considered to be a cartridge defect, and has not been provoked by the cartridge depletion or drying. For replacement procedure, the customer is required to make a new order, including the new product together with the new purchased goods.
All cartridges and products sold at WebCartridge are covered by a two-year warranty from the date of purchase. However, WebCartridge is only required to process the warranty and assume the replacement of the product within 15 days after the purchase (If that was the solution to the problem). Beyond 15 days, it will only depend on the manufacturer, and warranty can be processed by the manufacturer, or even by WebCartridge. In any case, if the manufacturer avoids the problem and does not give support to the customer, he is invited to contact us.
